What to expect

— A 100% unique program. Updated weekly and sent via Google Sheets.


Monthly 30 min Zoom calls. To discuss training updates, on-going athlete development and block review, as well as go through any other questions or issues. 


Detailed form checks and reviews of the exercises that you have done to improve technique. Videos to be sent via Whatsapp and feedback will be given via text, voice and video. 

 

Unlimited communication over Whatsapp, with a turnaround of 48-hours.

Coaching process

1. INITIAL CONSULTATION

After filling in our application form, we'll arrange a video consultation to get a better understanding of your unique needs and training goals, and the approach that would work best for you.

2. PROGRAMMING

We don't use templates here because we actually give a damn about your results. 


Instead we program your training weekly based on your individual performance. 


You'll get unlimited guidance on all things training-related — movement drills, mobility, warm-ups, exercise technique, etc. 


We'll also provide advice on nutrition and lifestyle changes to help optimise your progress and recovery.

3. OPTIMISING FOR CONTINUED PROGRESS


Through this feedback process, you won't just be told what to do, but will gain a deeper understanding of how to own your individual movement & technique.


We'll also have a monthly video consult, where we discuss in-depth about the best steps moving forward. 


The further you get into this process, the more collaborative it becomes.
